Given the nature of our products, we have a strict no-refund policy for any perfumes purchased due to hygiene and health protection reasons. However, we do offer the option to cancel orders if they have not yet been dispatched.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at colognecove@gmail.com. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and process a full refund. Please note that once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, and the no-refund policy applies.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or damaged. This includes all perfumes, which are considered personal care goods. We ask for your understanding as these measures are in place to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all our customers.
European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. This cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. Please note, due to hygiene reasons, this right does not apply to the purchase of our perfume products once they have been dispatched.

For canceled orders that have not been dispatched, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we processed your cancellation, please contact us at colognecove@gmail.com.
